Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in product engineering, technical product management, solution architecture, or junior full‑stack/frontend roles.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, write clear functional/technical specs, and create acceptance criteria with strong written English.
• Solid understanding of modern web technologies and basic software architecture concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Platform Owner to understand business challenges and priorities for internal tools.
• Lead or support requirements discovery to capture needs, edge cases, success metrics, and constraints.
• Write and maintain high‑quality product documentation: requirements, specs, data flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Turn requirements into actionable plans for AI‑assisted implementation and coordinate iterative build‑verify cycles.
• Enforce enterprise design patterns and quality gates during planning, reviews, and validation.
• Participate in design and implementation reviews focusing on correctness and maintainability.
• Run automated quality checks, diagnose issues, and propose targeted fixes.
• Keep system knowledge current and surface ambiguities for resolution.
• Collaborate across regions with engineering, product, and go‑to‑market teams.
