Ebankit - Omnichannel Innovation seeks an AI Architect Leader to define the technical vision for AI across our digital banking platform. You will work at the intersection of AI, software architecture, product and financial services to turn AI into scalable, production-ready solutions.

You will mentor engineers, design architectures around LLMs and automation, and shape secure, observable AI systems while collaborating with global teams.

Qualificações

• Experience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG, AI agents, cloud platforms and modern software architecture.
• Experience working with international markets environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Curiosity, pragmatic and able to turn ideas into production systems.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and build trust-based partnerships.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Availability to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Define the AI architecture strategy for ebankIT.
• Shape how AI becomes part of the next generation of digital banking experiences.
• Work with engineering, product and business teams to identify AI value.
• Mentor engineers and architects, raising the organisation’s AI capabilities.
• Design scalable architectures around LLMs, GenAI, AI agents, RAG and intelligent automation.
• Turn emerging AI capabilities into production-ready solutions, not just proofs of concept.
• Establish patterns, standards and best practices for secure, observable and responsible AI systems.
• Lead technical decisions around model selection, orchestration, data, integration, security and cost.
