Job summary

Darwin Recruitment seeks an Applied AI / Atlassian Rovo Expert to design, build and roll out Rovo agents in a live enterprise environment. You will advise on where Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot fit and drive adoption, governance and training across the business.

The role requires hands-on Rovo experience, Jira/Confluence admin skills, and strong stakeholder engagement for a 12-month freelance engagement with 100% remote work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery with Atlassian Rovo in enterprise settings.
• Experience designing, building and testing agents in Rovo Studio.
• Administration of Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of AI landscape and tool matching.
• Understanding of AI governance, GDPR and EU AI Act.
• Ability to engage technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience training users and driving AI adoption.
• Atlassian certifications and production agents preferred.
