Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software/Computer/CS or related field.
• Solid experience in change management or technology adoption.
• Functional understanding of the SDLC and software engineering activities.
• Conceptual knowledge of AI-assisted software development and AI agents.
• Experience designing adoption, training and communication initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix organization.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Change management, transformation or technology-adoption experience within engineering, IT or software development environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess current Ways of Working and identify opportunities to integrate AI into software engineering processes.
• Define principles and practices for using AI throughout the SDLC with teams.
• Facilitate workflow reviews and support teams in integrating AI into day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, Testing and Platform teams to prioritize opportunities and prepare pilots.
• Lead change-management activities, including stakeholder analysis, communication, training and coaching.
• Gather feedback and coordinate responses with relevant teams.
• Develop reusable guides, reference workflows and enablement plans.
• Define and monitor measures for adoption, productivity, quality and developer experience.
• Follow developments in AI and AI agents for software engineering and translate advances into adoption opportunities.
