About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast‑growing FinTech company that’s simplifying equipment leasing for SMEs across Europe. Their software is central to the business — enabling fast, reliable financing through automation, smart tooling, and scalable systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop new features in Ruby
• Take ownership of solutions from concept to deployment
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
• Contribute to a robust Ruby on Rails core application
• Work with internal tools (Bootstrap, Hotwire) and client‑facing APIs (GraphQL)
• Interface with React / TypeScript frontends and Python / Flask data APIs
• Operate confidently in an AWS‑based infrastructure with 85%+ test coverage
• Support and coach peers through pair programming and knowledge sharing
