Taga Urbanic Group in Porto, Portugal, is seeking an After-Sales Manager to lead the final phase of residential projects and oversee the warranty period. You will coordinate handovers to clients, supervise after-sales activities, and drive continuous improvement with Project Management and Construction teams.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, strong experience in construction supervision and team leadership, and excellent communication in English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Manage the handover phase of residential projects to end clients.
• Oversee the after-sales process including reception, assessment, and resolution of issues.
• Monitor developments during the warranty period and address defects promptly.
• Coordinate corrective interventions with deadlines and cost control.
• Liaise with internal teams (Project Management, Construction) and external stakeholders.
• Ensure service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and optimise after-sales processes for efficiency.
• Lead a small team (2 people) and support professional development.
• Prepare progress reports and performance indicators.
