Tekever, a Portuguese leader in unmanned technology, seeks an Aeronautical Engineer at the intersection of Aircraft Design and Engineering Tools to help refine digital design and simulation tools for UAV configurations.

You will work with product teams to optimize configurations, run flight models, automate calculations, prototype with 3D printing and composites, and support flight testing to validate data and improve tools.

Qualificações

• Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–6 years of experience in aircraft design, simulation, or performance analysis.
• Strong fundamentals in Aerodynamics and Flight Dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate on the conceptual and preliminary design of new UAV configurations, performing sizing and trade-off studies.
• Develop and tune flight models and contribute to system identification efforts to ensure our digital models match reality.
• Run mission analysis and stability calculations to support design decisions for both new and legacy aircraft. Automate performance calculations, flight load estimations, and data processing. You will help maintain and improve our internal engineering tools.
• Translate theoretical designs into physical proof-of-concepts (3D printing/composites) and support flight testing to gather validation data.
