Airbus Atlantic Portugal is seeking an AAOS Manager (Continuous Improvement Manager) for Santo Tirso to lead Lean transformation, define roadmaps, and drive operational excellence across the site. You will report to the HO Production and oversee governance, KPI tracking, and deployment of standardized routines.

The role requires a Master's degree in engineering or operations management, 7+ years in Lean/Operational Excellence, and fluency in Portuguese and English (French a plus).

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent industrial background.
• 7+ years of Lean/Operational Excellence experience in demanding industrial sectors.
• Proven track record in Lean transformation projects and leading CI teams.
• Mastery of Lean/Six Sigma principles and methodologies (Lean Master/Black Belt a plus).
• Strong background in change management and organizational development.
• Ability to define KPIs, analyze industrial data, and structure strategic action plans.
• Strategic vision to translate targets into operational roadmaps.
• Leadership to inspire, coach, and develop teams and networks.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define, deploy, and monitor the annual Site AAOS Roadmap and targets.
• Lead and develop the site AAOS team with resource planning and coaching.
• Establish site governance and report KPIs to local and central leadership.
• Oversee deployment of AAOS bricks and standardized routines across sites.
• Drive cultural transformation toward operational excellence with Lean leaders.
• Conduct internal and cross-site assessments and drive corrective actions.
• Represent the site in the central AAOS network and harmonize standards.
