Ic Resources invites an Advanced Test Engineer to join the Test Engineering team in Lisbon. You will develop, debug, validate, release, and maintain ATE test programs for wafer sort and final test, impacting product quality and yield.

The role involves defining test strategies and collaborating with Design, Applications, Product, and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues. Required are a degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Physics, hands-on experience with Advantest or Teradyne testers, and strong

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Advantest and/or Teradyne testers.
• ATE programming experience.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor characterization and production test methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional international team.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

We're looking for a talented engineer to join our client's Test Engineering team and play a key role in developing and supporting test solutions for wafer sort and final test.

This role is central to both the manufacturing organisation and R&D activities, giving you the opportunity to directly influence product quality, production efficiency, and future product development.

What you'll do
