ADSEO Quality Assurance - Mexican Spanish

This role pertains to TikTok's Trust & Safety quality assurance activities, focusing on maintaining high performance standards across projects, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ongoing process improvement in a fast-paced environment. The role includes exposure to sensitive content and requires clear communication in Mexican Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and with stakeholders to deliver high performance standards across projects and develop a best-practice model for maintaining quality.
• Facilitate regular calibration meetings with stakeholders to maintain knowledge and quality standards and provide feedback on implementation and execution.
• Collaborate with the Policy Point of Contact to disseminate policy updates and ensure timely communication of policy questions among internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform daily audits and analyze errors, providing feedback to relevant teams.
• Compile and deliver regular performance data reports to subject matter experts and management as required.
• Conduct regular RCA escalations through the appropriate process.
• Identify areas for performance improvement across relevant markets and proactively deliver solutions.
• Participate in or lead policy briefings to ensure changes align with local cultural, socio-economic, geographical, and political conditions.
• Balance efficient task delivery in each queue using platforms such as TCS or Rock Appeal.
• Be willing to backfill temporary gaps in market support and support the internal onboarding team to develop training SOPs and materials.
• Perform regular queue moderation or participate in knowledge quizzes to maintain policy implementation skills.
• Contribute to designing and implementing a training plan according to the timeline.
• Note: This position involves exposure to sensitive content, including vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
• Demonstrated broad understanding of business needs, strategic thinking, and the ability to make good decisions in complex situations.
• Familiarity with the business logic of labeling and the upstream and downstream teams’ working modes.
• Fluent in Mexican Spanish is required, as the role requires communication with Mexican Spanish markets; working language is Mexican Spanish.
• Comfortable reporting to or collaborating with a broad range of cross-functional partners.
• Fast learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent experience in a short video product user industry.
• Experience in Content Moderation / Content Quality / Content Safety / Labeling is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with machine learning and content understanding.
• Solid presentation and communication skills.
