In 2024, a new BCG hub was opened in Lisbon. This hub is evolving into a dynamic environment hosting Business Services Teams serving BCG colleagues in the region and beyond. We are looking for a driven Administrative Assistant (AA) who can work with limited direction to provide administrative support from this hub. You will be a master of tasks, but we also need critical thinkers and problem solvers who go beyond transactional support. Day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on stakeholder needs and tenure.
As an Administrative Assistant in the Lisbon Hub, you will have a unique experience in a start-up setting within a 30,000+ employee firm. This role offers opportunities to take on more responsibility, wear many hats, and help shape the culture and team for the new office. A successful AA has a can-do mentality, is flexible, and eager to build strong connections across teams as our footprint grows.

YOU’RE GOOD AT:
Providing proactive support to senior BCG CT and BST leaders in a fast-paced client service environment. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Proactively supporting high-leverage activities for executives and their case teams (varying by stakeholder needs):
Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders and peers to achieve goals. This will be crucial to your success at BCG.
