KEMET Electronics Portugal, a YAGEO Group company, is seeking an Accounts Receivables Clerk to manage and reconcile customer accounts, issue postings, and monitor aging analyses. You will work in a multinational finance environment with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and English communication requirements.

Responsibilities include month-end closings, resolving discrepancies, and preparing AR status reports. Degree in accounting/finance and strong Excel skills are required; knowledge of other European

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or professional experience in the field.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, Reconcile and Control Customer Accounts.
• Issue debits and credits to customers and process their accounting posting.
• Record and apply customer payments to the appropriate accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances in accounts.
• Communicate with customers regarding their accounts, including invoice inquiries and payment issues.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, including aging analysis and collection performance.
• Monitor and anticipate any potential risks related to customer accounts and payments.
• Perform month-end closing tasks following the defined cut-offs.
