We are seeking an experienced hunter with a background in selling SaaS solutions within the Spanish Education Market.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop our German territory by prospecting clients in the Education market, identifying the decision makers, providing proposals and closing meetings.
  • Qualify and understand your prospects business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.
  • Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
  • Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision‑makers from your key client accounts.
  • Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high potential deals.
  • Participate in exhibitions and events.
  • Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.
What You’ll Need
  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2Edu sales. Good to have SaaS and international experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect Education organizations, including senior managers and the C‑suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Team player, self‑motivated to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Proactive, personable, hard‑working and easily adaptable.
  • Experience using LinkedIn.
  • Relevant experience in the Training, e‑Learning, HR services industry is definitely a plus.
  • At least B2 English level
  • Fluency in German is a must.
  • Be available to work 4 days a week at the office
