For our client in Greece, an innovative maritime management company – we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to conduct Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and support their ERP modernization initiative.

• Conduct Technical Due Diligence (TDD) on the existing ERP system (assessing its value, costs, and effort required for modernization)
• Analyze the .NET + Oracle technology stack to determine its viability for future development
• Assess the feasibility of building and implementing a new ERP system
• Evaluate database migration challenges and estimate the effort required for data transformation
• Provide recommendations on modernization vs. new system development
• Prepare reports, documentation, and proposals for key stakeholders

• Experience in Technical Due Diligence (TDD), ERP analysis, and data migration
• Knowledge of .NET + Oracle and experience in enterprise system analysis
• Ability to create cost analysis and implementation strategies
• Hands-on experience with backlog management tools, such as Jira (creating, prioritizing, and tracking progress)
• Excellent documentation skills – experience in creating clear and structured project documentation
• Proven experience in project management (3+ years), ideally in a cross-functional and international environment
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience in working with agile teams
• Problem-solving mindset – readiness to tackle challenges and propose innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills – ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Background in maritime, logistics, or supply chain industries is a plus
