A dynamic tech company in Kraków is looking for a creative Freelance Social Media Manager (SMM) to elevate its social media presence through engaging content. You will be responsible for editing videos and creating visuals that stand out across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Candidates should have a solid experience in SMM and must be fluent in English. This role is estimated at 30 hours per week and offers remote work flexibility.

- Solid experience in social media management and content creation across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) Especially TikTok.
- Good understanding of SMM trends in Anglophone countries, primarily the United States
- Creative approach to experimenting with formats, visuals, and narratives that make content stand out
- Hands‑on experience in video editing and video content creation for different platforms
- AI tools proficiency for content creation, posting, and editing
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics
- Practical experience in using native platform functionalities for content publishing, editing, and optimization
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across different audiences and platforms
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, creative environment
- Experience writing for B2B or B2C audiences
- Experience in content creation for SaaS products
- Familiarity with email testing or email infrastructure tools
- Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and content creation
