Role summary

We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer to play a key technical role in a large-scale integration modernization initiative. The position focuses on migrating existing TIBCO-based integrations toward a modern, distributed microservices architecture.

This role combines hands‑on development with technical leadership and architectural influence. You will actively shape integration patterns, guide migration strategy, and ensure high‑quality delivery across the integration landscape.

Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in microservices‑based integration design, including: 1) REST API design, versioning, and governance; 2) Messaging and event‑driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ); 3) Service discovery, resilience, and observability patterns; 4) API Gateways; 5) Security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
• Hands‑on experience with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
• Solid programming skills in Java or another backend‑oriented language
• Experience working in distributed, integration‑heavy system landscapes
• Good understanding of modern DevOps and cloud‑native principles

Nice to have

• Experience in large‑scale system migration or modernization programs
• Exposure to the telecommunications domain, especially BSS / OSS environments
• Hands‑on experience with integration platforms such as TIBCO, MuleSoft, webMethods, Apache Camel
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
