Job Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to take ownership of scaling our products, driving sustainable growth, and leading monetization initiatives. This role is designed for someone ready to operate at strategic level while mentoring others and helping us shape the foundation of a future Growth team.
Your decisions will directly influence company growth in a blue ocean market: from activation and retention to monetization and long-term revenue strategies.
Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end growth strategy across mobile and web products.
Define, test, and refine strategies to optimize activation, retention, LTV, and ROI.
Work closely with the marketing team to align growth and acquisition.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, laying the foundation for a growth function.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Product Management in mobile, with focus on growth and monetization.
Proven success in scaling consumer products and delivering measurable impact.
Hands-on expertise with UA channels (Google, Facebook, Apple Search Ads).
Deep understanding of iOS growth mechanics and monetization models.
Strong analytical mindset with mastery of product metrics.
Experienced in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
Skilled at building ROI-driven strategies and solving user problems through behavioural insights.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Amplitude, Firebase, SensorTower, or similar).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues.
