Job summary

SQUAD in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking a proactive Security Specialist (L3) to become the operational owner of our local office. You will manage access controls, coordinate with the Business Center, and handle office admin tasks to build a secure and efficient working environment for the Polish team.

Ideal candidates are reliable, communicative, with English and Polish at upper-intermediate level, and comfortable working with security systems and IT assets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in office management, facilities coordination, front-desk administration, or physical security coordination.
• Proven experience with physical access control procedures, badge systems, and basic office safety monitoring.
• Upper-intermediate English language proficiency.
• Upper-intermediate Polish language proficiency for local vendor and Business Center communication.
• Tech-savviness: Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace and Jira.
• Outstanding attentiveness to detail (critical for hardware serial numbers and inventory).
• Customer-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site security controls and badge administration; monitor office perimeter; coordinate with Business Center security.
• Coordinate secure lifecycle of IT assets (laptops, phones, peripherals) and handle onboarding/offboarding shipments.
• Maintain daily office comfort; procurement and stock levels; cooperate with local vendors; perform quick office fixes.
• Handle operational paperwork; archive invoices/receipts; manage operational requests.
