Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks a Security Systems Administrator to lead physical security management for a global client. The role covers video surveillance and access control with international site support.

You will diagnose issues across hardware, network, and software, coordinate installations with vendors, and implement automation to improve reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on with enterprise physical security systems is essential.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and basic scripting (PowerShell or Python).
• Fluent English; basic Polish required.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and onsite technicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise security platforms (video surveillance and access control) worldwide.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, network, and software issues.
• Coordinate installations, hardware deployments, and vendor sign-off.
• Develop automation rules and integrations to improve reliability.
• Provide Tier 2/3 regional support across EMEA and APAC.
• Maintain as-built docs, site maps, and inventories.
