  • Design and present prototypes that demonstrate public-sector-appropriate recruiting solutions.
  • Lead clients through testing and validation of Recruiting configurations and workflows.
  • Provide guidance on data conversion and integration strategies with existing applicant tracking systems or legacy tools.
  • Support the deployment of recruiting dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to meet government compliance and transparency needs.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the Workday functional team.
  • Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication remain aligned throughout all phases of the project.
What You Will Bring for Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Workday consulting experience, with a primary focus on Workday Recruiting.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with public sector clients (state, local, federal, or K-12).
  • Proven expertise in delivering and configuring Workday Recruiting modules end-to-end.
  • Active Workday Certification in Recruiting required and must be current.
  • Familiarity with public sector recruiting structures, including job classification, requisition approvals, union or civil service requirements, and applicant transparency policies.
  • Experience managing government or education sector client relationships and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in complex project environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Prior experience working with government clients on HR modernization or talent system transformation is strongly preferred.
