Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist to bridge HR business stakeholders with technical delivery teams. You will own end-to-end solution design across Workday integrations and ensure scalable, compliant enterprise solutions.

You will collaborate with HR to translate requirements, design robust integrations, and lead governance for access and security while following the SDLC for enhancements and projects. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday experience in HCM integrations (Studio, EIB, APIs) preferred.
• Experience leading full lifecycle Workday implementations or tenant refreshes.
• Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of data governance and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Functional Configuration and integration design across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll.
• Partner with HR teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday integrations.
• Design, develop, and support inbound/outbound integrations using: Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, BIRT, XML, XSLT.
• Integration lifecycle management: requirements → mapping → build → test → deploy → post-production support.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and optimize performance.
• Oversee vendor integrations (e.g., payroll providers, benefits vendors, ServiceNow).
• Implement secure authentication protocols (SFTP, OAuth, certificates, API security).
