HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to design, implement, and support integrations for clients worldwide. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable Workday solutions across multiple modules and systems.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Web Services and experience with XSLT, XML.
• Workday HCM and/or Workday Integration Certification is a strong advantage.
• Professional proficiency in Polish & English, French or/ and German Langue is a plus.
• Previous experience working on international or global Workday implementation projects is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and listening skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
• A proactive attitude, adaptability, and excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and innovative project environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Workday integration solutions for clients.
• Participate in Workday implementation projects with configuration workshops, testing, go-live support, and training.
• Translate client requirements into functional deliverables including solution design, documentation, UAT, and training materials.
• Configure Workday modules to meet client needs across Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Talent Management.
• Design, configure, and secure integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
• Develop process and data integrations using Workday Web Services and XML/XSLT; manage data migration and upgrades.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will design, implement, and support Workday integration solutions for our clients. Working closely with business and IT stakeholders, you will deliver secure, scalable, and efficient integrations throughout the full project lifecycle.

Workday Implementation Projects

• Participate in Workday implementation projects, including configuration workshops, testing, go-live support, and administrator and end-user training.
• Prepare meeting minutes and project documentation to support project tracking and governance.
• Translate client business requirements into functional deliverables, including solution design, application documentation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training materials.
• Configure Workday modules to deliver solutions tailored to client needs, while assessing the impact of configurations on HR processes and related functional areas such as Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Talent Management.

Integration & Interfaces

• Design, configure, and secure integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
• Develop process and data integrations using Workday Web Services and XML/XSLT technologies.
• Integrate new Workday releases into the client's existing environment, including data migration and transition from legacy HRIS solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong knowledge of Web Services and experience with XSLT, XML.
• Workday HCM and/or Workday Integration Certification is a strong advantage.
