Workday Warsaw is seeking a dynamic Advisory Services Project Manager to lead customer-facing advisory projects across EMEA, bringing Workday Success Plans to life and ensuring customers not only adopt but thrive with Workday.

You'll coordinate multiple projects, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and coach teams in WSP methodology, with a hybrid office-based role in Warsaw and regular collaboration with global clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advisory Projects: Drive the delivery of customer-facing Workday Success Plans services across EMEA, ensuring measurable impact and value.
• Own the Engagement: Clearly define project goals, scope, and delivery plans to keep stakeholders aligned and informed throughout.

• Be a Trusted Advisor: Guide customers through the Optimization Packages portfolio, helping them unlock the full potential of Workday Success Plans.

• Coach and Support: Share knowledge and provide guidance to project team members on WSP methodology and best practices.

About The Team

The Advisory Services Project Manager will simultaneously handle several projects, coordinating the delivery of packaged services to customers of all sizes and industries around the world. Project Managers drive the execution of projects, ensuring success, efficiency and quality via project management practices (e.g., develop project staffing plan, coordinate system access, conducting meetings, etc.) and by handling the customer relationship. Within these projects, Project Managers serve as an advocate for Workday, our employees and our customers in equal measure, to complete projects under budget and on time per the definition of each service.

Basic Qualifications

• Project Management Experience: Solid experience leading HCM, Payroll, or Financial implementations for small to mid-sized enterprises.
• Customer-Focused: Proven experience managing client relationships with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Strategic and Independent: Able to navigate varied business contexts with minimal guidance.
• Highly Organized: Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Multi-Tasking Pro: Comfortable managing several engagements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Implementation/ Deployment Background: Hands-on experience with platforms like Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or IBM. Technical skills are welcome but not essential.
• Language Skills (Nice to Have): Knowledge of German and/or French is an added advantage, though not required.

Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. Primary Location Base Pay Range: zł241,400 PLN - zł362,000 PLN Poland.
