Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a freelance Workday Accounting Center Consultant for a part-time role (~20 hours/week) with hybrid work and occasional remote options. You will lead Accounting Center implementations, design and optimize Workday solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet accounting and reporting needs.

The ideal candidate has deep Accounting Center expertise, experience with Workday Prism Analytics, and familiarity with AI-powered tools for automation and analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Accounting Center design, configuration, and best practices.
• Availability to support the project on a part-time basis (≈20 hours/week).
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Prism datasets.
• Knowledge of AI-powered tools for automation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Accounting Center implementations and provide expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design, configure, and optimize Accounting Center solutions in line with business requirements and best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand accounting and reporting needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Provide recommendations and guidance on Accounting Center architecture, configuration, and process improvements.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and validation activities to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support the integration and reconciliation of financial data within Workday Accounting Center.
• Leverage Workday Prism Analytics datasets to support Accounting Center reporting and data management requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Workday implementation standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Support client-facing discussions and contribute to ongoing business development initiatives.
