Job summary

Berner Group in Kraków is seeking a driven WMS Project Manager to lead the end-to-end WMS/LVS implementation across Poland. You will coordinate business, IT, warehouse operations and external vendors to deliver a robust solution.

You will oversee scope, timelines and budgets, facilitate workshops and testing, and ensure successful go-live with strong user adoption. This role offers partial remote work and growth opportunities within a global team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end WMS/LVS implementation project in Poland.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate business, IT, warehouse operations, and external vendors.
• Ensure integration between WMS, Symfonia ERP, Workato, and connected apps.
• Ensure that business requirements, process optimization opportunities, and operational objectives are reflected in the WMS solution design and implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Lead SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Act as the primary escalation point for project issues, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Drive process improvements and ensure operational readiness and user adoption.
• Provide transparent reporting to management on project status, risks, budget, and key decisions.
