Job summary

ITConnect is seeking an OS specialist with deep Windows platform knowledge to redesign patch management and implement automation across CI/CD pipelines. The role requires strong PowerShell skills and experience with SCCM, AD, and GPOs, plus cloud migration awareness.

Qualifications

• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Extensive Windows Server administration experience (2019/2022/2025).
• Experience with SCCM and configuration management.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Hybrid cloud experience with on‑prem to cloud (GCP/Azure).
• Experience in disaster recovery design and DR planning.
• Familiarity with SAFe Scrum framework.

Responsibilities

• Redesign patch management using SCCM.
• Design and implement automation using CI/CD and PowerShell.
• Design and implement GPOs and security baselines.
• Act as OS specialist with deep platform knowledge.
• Support OS image builds through automation.
• Advise on cloud migrations including on‑prem to cloud.
• Collaborate in SAFe Scrum to manage backlog.
• Create comprehensive documentation for automation processes.
• Provide advanced Windows troubleshooting and admin support.
• Configure core network services (DNS, DHCP).
• Strong collaboration with platform owner and engineers.
