Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 1-3 years of experience in Windows system administration.
• Experience with automation scripting and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise device management and deployment tools.

Responsibilities

• Windows Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and client OSes; manage Active Directory and policy updates.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop PowerShell scripts to streamline tasks.
• Apple macOS Support: Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot macOS devices within enterprise systems.
• Application Deployment: Manage apps via SCCM, Intune, or JAMF across Windows/macOS.
• VMware Management: Assist in VM deployment and performance optimization.
• System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, patch, and update systems.
• User Support & Documentation: Help end-users and document solutions.
• Backup & Recovery: Support data backup and DR planning.
