Nordea seeks a Windows Platform Owner to take end-to-end accountability for the core on-premise Windows ecosystem. You will define the roadmap, lifecycle, and LTSC migrations across bare-metal, virtualization, and private cloud architectures.

You will lead architecture, automation, security baselines, and patch governance while coordinating with InfoSec, Network, and Applications teams to ensure reliability and scalability.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of Windows Server internals and troubleshooting.
• Experience hosting Windows workloads on enterprise hypervisors and managing hardware lifecycles.
• Proficient in PowerShell, DSC, Terraform, MECM/SCCM or Intune.
• Experience integrating AD/Azure AD/Entra ID and GPOs in enterprise environments.
• Ability to manage TCO, EA licensing, and software assurance contracts.
• Strong communication skills to align with InfoSec, Network, and Applications teams.
• Experience architecting high-availability and DR for on-premise Windows infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Define and publish a multi-year roadmap for Windows Server platforms.
• Design and govern Gold Image blueprints for bare-metal deployments and hypervisors.
• Own automated Windows provisioning pipelines and configuration management.
• Define platform hardening baselines using security frameworks and policies.
• Monitor capacity and forecast compute, memory, and storage needs enterprise-wide.
• Govern integration between Windows Server and central infrastructure (AD/Entra, DNS, DHCP).
• Manage vendor relations and Microsoft Premier/Unified Support escalations.
