Job summary

Nordea invites a senior Windows SCCM Platform Owner to drive the end-to-end MECM/SCCM footprint for our on-premise enterprise infrastructure. You will define the roadmap, establish standards, and oversee lifecycle management across physical, virtual, and private cloud environments.

You will lead global architecture governance, automation, and OS deployment while managing patching, software assets, and vendor relationships to ensure reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Enterprise SCCM/MECM expertise with SCCM internals (WMI, site DB, SSRS, cmtrace) and troubleshooting
• Co-management strategy integrating SCCM with Intune/Azure AD for tenant attach
• Advanced automation using PowerShell to automate SCCM tasks and deployments
• In-depth understanding of AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, PXE and network delivery optimization
• Ability to treat deployment platform as a product and justify TCO to stakeholders
• Experience designing disaster recovery and high-availability for SCCM infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Platform Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: define multi-year MECM/SCCM roadmap and manage upgrades
• Global Architecture & Governance: design and govern SCCM site topology and client settings
• Enterprise Patch & Vulnerability Orchestration: oversee WSUS/SUP integration and ADRs
• OS Deployment & Image Lifecycle: lead OS deployment and application packaging standards
• Vendor & Software Asset Management: liaise with Microsoft support and hardware vendors; report licensing
• Stakeholder Communication: create executive dashboards and manage platform backlog
