Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Poland is seeking an experienced QA professional to own Windchill testing across the PLM scope. You will design and execute end-to-end tests, build automation frameworks, and ensure CI/CD integration within a global IT team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA, testing or validation with hands-on automation.
• Windchill PLM testing experience—BOM/Part, Doc Management, Change/Workflow.
• Hands-on with test automation tools such as Tosca or equivalents.
• Familiar with qTest or similar ALM platforms.
• Analytical, defect triage skills and strong English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Windchill testing lifecycle from planning to defect reporting.
• Design scalable test automation frameworks for regression across environments.
• Develop automated test scripts using Tosca or equivalent.
• Validate requirements for Windchill enhancements and configurations.
• Perform risk-based regression testing per release schedule and governance.
• Manage UAT cycles with business validation and traceability.
• Collaborate with Windchill developers, architects, and analysts.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
• Track results, defects, and quality metrics in qTest.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Drive QA process improvements and automation coverage.
• Ensure IT governance and compliant change handling.
