Job summary

Sarens is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Technician to support wind turbine installation and maintenance across Poland and Europe. You will handle installation of nacelle, hub, and tower components, offload heavy parts, and work with MCC activities while prioritizing safety and quality.

You will collaborate with Team Blue to deliver renewable energy projects on time. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, willingness to train colleagues, and the ability to work in demanding

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related discipline or ITI qualification is required.
• 3-4 years of experience in wind construction with any OEM.
• In-depth understanding of wind turbine components, including electrical pitch systems.
• Experience supporting installation and MCC activities.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Receive and offload major wind turbine components.
• Prepare, locate, lift, and install wind turbine generator components.
• Install nacelle, hub, and tower components during turbine assembly.
• Support installation and MCC activities and promote safety.
