Job summary

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) is seeking a Senior Technician to join a permanently employed service team for wind turbine maintenance and repair at Baltic Sea sites in Poland. You will lead a team, deliver excellent service, and optimize MTBV while upholding SGRE standards, EHS, and quality procedures.

The role requires experience in wind service, ability to manage contractors, and proficiency with MS Office; SAP and remote diagnostics are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technician in the wind industry or similar field.
• Ability to lead a service team and manage contractors.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP and remote diagnostic tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead service, maintenance, and repair of wind turbine generators.
• Ensure safety, quality, and EHS compliance on site and in the wind farm.
• Produce technical and safety documentation and manage risk assessments.
• Provide remote diagnosis and supervision of critical tasks.
• Develop schedules, mentor technicians, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
