Job summary

RTS Wind AG is seeking a Teamlead (blade repair) for onshore wind energy projects in the Danzig area. The role involves leading a small crew, coordinating rotor blade repairs, and ensuring quality and safety in rope-access tasks.

The ideal candidate has vocational training in relevant trades, IRATA Lvl 3 familiarity, a driving license, and a willingness to travel, with fluent English. The company emphasizes sustainability and long-term prospects.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as laminator, painter, boat builder or similar.
• Familiar with platforms or similar access methods and IRATA Lvl 3.
• Leading position in the past or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Driving license, class B or higher.
• Willingness to travel and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repair and maintenance on rotor blades via platforms or rope access.
• Inspect blade surfaces and check them from the inside.
• Divide work tasks and manage activities.
• Communicate closely with back-office colleagues.
• Document work performed.
• Lead a team of up to 3 colleagues.
