Job summary

Flex Wind is seeking IRATA-certified Rope Access Blade Technicians (Level 1, 2, or 3) to inspect, maintain, and repair wind turbine blades across Europe and South America. The role requires travel, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to operate within tight project deadlines.

You will document findings, perform high-quality repairs, and deliver detailed service reports while working with experienced international teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 certification (mandatory).
• Proven blade repair or composite/laminating work experience.
• Experience with wind OEMs such as Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, Enercon is an advantage.
• Good physical condition and ability to work at heights.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in rotation.
• Good level of English.
• Valid Category B driving license.

• Identify, document, and report damage and repair activities.

About the Role - Rope Access Blade Technician

Flex Wind delivers complete wind turbine installation and blade repair solutions across Europe and South America.

We are currently seeking IRATA-certified Rope Access Blade Technicians (Level 1, 2, or 3) to perform blade inspections, maintenance, and repairs while ensuring the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
