Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Project Technician to support strategic projects across the NCE Service regions, focusing on operational excellence, compliance, and cost reduction. The role involves CIM case evaluation, deployment of new repair methods, and cross-functional collaboration with international teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a technical or project-related role, a valid B+E license, and strong English skills. Travel and training delivery experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical or project-related roles.
• Valid B+E driving license and willingness to travel.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Vestas turbine technologies and service processes is advantageous.
• Experience delivering technical training in classroom, workshop, or turbine environments.
• Basic project management knowledge to coordinate activities across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of strategic projects focused on operational excellence, compliance, and cost reduction.
• Prepare and evaluate CIM cases, including technical feasibility assessments, tool and material availability, and implementation planning.
• Introduce, review, and support the deployment of new repair methods, tools, materials, and technologies.
• Plan, organize, and deliver technical training, practical workshops, and briefings for service teams across the region.
• Act as a technical focal point by facilitating problem-solving activities and escalating complex technical issues when required.
• Develop and maintain technical reports, performance metrics, and KPIs for management and key stakeholders.
• Participate in customer interactions and meetings, providing technical support and project updates when needed.
