Job summary

Vestas is seeking an Installation Supervisor to manage wind turbine installations across the Central region. You will oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality and timely execution while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Based in Poland or Denmark, you’ll define delivery strategies, support sales concepts, and contribute to project readiness and scalability. Expect up to 180 travel days per year as part of a dynamic, on-site leadership role.

Qualifications

• Solid technical foundation in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Strong understanding of HSE principles and safety practices.
• Knowledge of quality standards and their practical application.
• Experience in managing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Plays a key role in ensuring wind turbine installation projects are completed on time and to standard
• Oversees daily site activities with a clear focus on safety and efficiency
