Job summary
Vestas is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Goleniów, Poland, to support blade production through engineering and process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate process documentation and smooth project implementation.

Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Good problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
- At least 2 years in manufacturing operations or process engineering.
- Familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, and SPC.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computing.
- Good English written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate PFMEA activities to identify, assess, and mitigate process risks.
- Monitor SQDCP targets and implement corrective actions across manufacturing operations.
- Support manufacturing with control plans, work instructions, testing, and tooling.
- Ensure first-time-right quality through audits and error-proofing.
- Ensure compliance with standard manufacturing and engineering processes (QBD, ECM, ToCI).
- Identify and implement continuous improvement with Lean Engineering.
- Lead engineering changes and NPI and technology transfer projects with HQ teams.
