Job summary

Check Point Software is seeking a senior Web Development Engineer to lead the strategy, design, and execution of personalized digital journeys across our websites. You will own website optimization, create landing pages, emails, and forms in HubSpot and WordPress, and drive campaigns that boost engagement across channels.

Collaborate with global marketing, sales, data, and engineering teams to translate business goals into scalable MarTech solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations in a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience maintaining WordPress websites.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, themes, plugins, and page builders.
• Ability to debug common WordPress and front-end issues.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, webinar platforms, etc.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical, and a strong problem solver with excellent communication skills.
• This is a highly hands-on technical role; curiosity and eagerness to learn are essentials.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own website optimization of our WordPress website, including page development, plugin updates and more.
• Create Landing pages, emails, forms and other marketing elements in both HubSpot and WordPress
• Optimize our Google Tag Manager to ensure all channels are being tracked correctly and GDPR rules are being kept.
• Apply data-driven optimization: run structured A/B tests, monitor trends and behaviors, and optimize KPIs across segments and regions to improve engagement and retention.
• Collaboration with global stakeholders (marketing, sales, data, and engineering) to translate business goals into scalable MarTech solutions.
