Job summary

intive is seeking a senior Fullstack Developer to lead architectural decisions and presales engagements, delivering scalable web solutions with Next.js, React, and Node.js.

You will estimate projects, guide delivery, and drive innovation across cloud and containerized environments, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams. Fluent English and 8+ years of software experience are expected.

We are seeking an expert Fullstack Developer with deep expertise in modern web technologies. You will be a technical leader who bridges the gap between client expectations and development excellence, taking an active role in presales activities, solution architecture, and project delivery. This is a role for someone who is not just a skilled developer, but also a business-minded consultant who can communicate complex technical concepts to clients, estimate projects accurately, and drive innovation through cutting-edge technology.

As a senior technical contributor, you will be responsible for leading presales activities, designing scalable solutions, architecting new projects, and delivering high-quality software products. Your deep technical expertise combined with excellent communication skills will be critical to success.

What You Will Be Doing

• Solution Architecture: Design scalable, maintainable architectures for new projects using modern fullstack technologies. Consider performance, security, scalability, and business requirements.
• Project Estimation: Provide accurate technical estimates, identify risks, and create realistic project plans based on business realities .
• Fullstack Development: Develop robust, production-ready applications using Next.js, React, and complementary backend technologies (Node.js, TypeScript, etc.).
• Technical Leadership: conduct code reviews, establish best practices. Set the technical direction and quality standards.
• AI-Assisted Development: Champion the adoption of AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) to enhance productivity and code quality while maintaining best practices.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Work with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards including unit testing, integration testing, code coverage, and security best practices. Implement monitoring and observability solutions.
• Presales & Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and RFP responses. Understand client requirements, propose solutions, and establish credibility as a technical expert.

You Are a Good Match If You Have

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with at least 3+ years in full stack development.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and Next.js, with a deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
• Prior experience as a technical lead or architect in client-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or equivalent), databases (SQL & NoSQL), and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven experience in presales activities: presenting solutions to clients, writing technical proposals, and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of estimating projects accurately and delivering on time.
• Strong understanding of software quality practices: unit testing, integration testing, code review processes, and continuous integration/deployment.
• Experience with version control (Git) and modern development workflows (Agile/Scrum).

Nice To Have

• Kubernetes and orchestration experience beyond basic Docker usage.
• Experience with headless CMS systems, API-first architecture, and microservices design patterns.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and understanding of their best practices and limitations.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Vercel Functions, etc.).
• Frontend optimization expertise: web performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility (a11y, WCAG).
• DevOps mindset with experience in monitoring, logging, and observability tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Understanding of security best practices: OWASP top 10, authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth2, JWT), and secure coding principles.
• Red Hat / Linux administration basics and knowledge of container registries and package management.
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification or equivalent cloud certifications.
