We’re seeking a Project Delivery & Coordination professional with 2–3+ years of experience managing web initiatives, hands-on CMS experience, and strong English communication. Join a small, cross-functional team where your work has visible impact.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience managing web projects or digital product initiatives in regulated or multi-market environments.
• Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously with structure and autonomy.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Contentful, WordPress, or comparable enterprise CMS).
• Strong analytical skills: read data, draw conclusions, and translate insights into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead end-to-end delivery of web initiatives from briefing to launch across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, in-house development and creative teams, and external partners.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and propose solutions to prevent delays.
• Coordinate CMS editing activities and perform hands-on content edits when needed to keep work moving.
