Goldman Sachs Warsaw is seeking an Associate in the Private Wealth Management Operations, Regulatory Testing and Assurance group to help shape how regulatory outcomes are assessed and improved. The role blends testing execution with interpreting regulatory requirements and driving process enhancements.

You will work across PWM Operations with Legal, Compliance and Engineering to operationalize testing, leverage AI and BI capabilities, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• 3+ years of relevant experience in regulatory change, assurance, testing or compliance
• Strong command of English
• Experience using AI tools to support research, analysis, reporting, and process improvement
• High attention to detail and disciplined data quality
• Ability to build relationships across functions, locations and levels of seniority
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and delivering independent deliverables
