Job summary

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to optimize data flows and reporting processes, while mentoring colleagues on complex workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and complex workflows.
• Clear communication and ability to escalate issues timely.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships.
• Self-motivated team player with ownership and accountability.
• Able to stay organized and prioritize under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage new regulatory reporting requests and timelines.
• Implement strategic regulatory initiatives and document requirements.
• Support clients and respond to regulatory inquiries with accuracy.
• Analyze front-to-back systems to understand data flows and booking models.
• Drive large-scale initiatives across the Regulatory Operations department.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and business teams.
• Train colleagues on complex workflows and processes.
• Propose and advance new initiatives to enhance regulatory objectives.
