Zusammenfassung
Arup in Poland is seeking a Water Engineer to lead hydrology and hydraulic modelling tasks for Polish and international water projects. You will analyse flood risk, develop remedial measures and shape robust drainage, river, reservoir and dam designs.

Qualifikationen
- A degree in water, environmental engineering, geography, hydraulics or related discipline.
- Minimum of six years of professional experience in the water sector, with a strong focus on hydrology and hydraulic modelling.
- Professional proficiency in Polish and English.
- Proficiency in hydraulic and hydrological modelling software MIKE, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS and TUFLOW.
Aufgaben
- Prepare study, concept and design documentation for Polish and international water projects.
- Undertake hydrological analyses and calculations to support evidence-based project decisions.
- Assess flood risk and develop practical, sustainable remedial and mitigation measures.
- Prepare clear, accurate technical drawings and supporting design documentation.
- Develop, review and apply hydraulic models for drainage systems, rivers, reservoirs and dams.
