Husqvarna is expanding its Warranty Operations team in Poland and seeks a Warranty Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day warranty activities and help build scalable processes for the future. Based in Poland, you will join Global Business Solutions (GBS) and work with colleagues across Europe.

You will validate claims, support entitlement checks, and assist with process improvements in a hybrid work model. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Structured and accurate, able to follow defined processes and rules.
• Experience in customer service, shared services, aftersales, claims, order administration or similar.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and handling several tasks.
• Enjoys cross-country collaboration and English proficiency; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review and validate warranty claims according to business rules.
• Support warranty entitlement validation and customer type checks.
• Handle product registration corrections and related tickets.
• Assist product replacement administration.
• Collaborate with European colleagues to investigate and resolve cases.
• Identify process gaps and suggest simpler working methods; support new processes/tools.
