Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee unloading/loading operations and ensure timely sorting of shipments for courier routes. You will actively coordinate with multiple departments to maintain smooth, cross-functional efficiency on a daily basis.

You will contribute to a high-performance team, learn on the job, and support continuous improvement while upholding safety guidelines and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure the efficient and timely unloading and loading of linehaul operations at the depot.
• Ensure accurate and on-time sorting of shipments assigned to courier delivery routes.
• Handle damaged parcels in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity.
• Collaborate and communicate actively with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency.
