• Ensure accurate, on-time sorting of shipments assigned to courier routes.
• Handle damaged parcels per established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report the condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain continuity.
• Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency.
