Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to supervise depot staff, oversee unloading/loading for linehaul operations, and ensure accurate sorting for courier routes. The role emphasizes safety, equipment checks, and cross-department collaboration to maintain smooth operations.

You will work on-site at our Poland facility, supporting continuous growth while maintaining a high standard of efficiency and teamwork in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure efficient unloading and loading of linehaul operations at the depot.
• Ensure accurate and on-time sorting of shipments assigned to courier delivery routes.
• Handle damaged parcels in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity.
• Collaborate and communicate actively with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency.
