3Shape is seeking a Warehouse, Logistics Process Transformation Coordinator to lead process improvements and support ERP/WMS implementations in Szczecin. The role bridges operations and project stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery of transformation initiatives.

The candidate will coordinate improvements, test ERP/WMS processes, and help develop user documentation while collaborating with architects, consultants, and production engineering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the implementation of warehouse and logistics process improvements.
• Represent the Logistics department in cooperation with the implementation team responsible for a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and support mitigation activities throughout implementation projects.
• Test ERP and WMS processes before deployment and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Track and report project progress, milestones, and implementation status.
• Prepare data analyses, process visualizations, presentations, and project documentation.
• Support the development of user documentation, operational standards, and end-user training materials.
• Collaborate with system architects, developers, external consultants, Production Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and eliminate process inconsistencies during validation and implementation phases.
• Develop and optimize cost-effective logistics processes and workflows.
• Work with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
