The role emphasizes operational excellence, safety, and efficient layout to support rapid shipments across Poland and the Baltic states.

You will drive continuous improvement, implement lean practices, manage budgets, and recruit talent while fostering a culture aligned with Decathlon values.

Competenze

• Experience leading large teams in logistics or warehouse settings.
• Fluent English (B2) in speaking and writing.
• 1–3 years (preferably 3–5) of proven experience in logistics or management.
• Knowledge of labor law, budgeting, and health & safety regulations.

Mansioni

• Lead 7–10 managers and 100+ team members.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Director to drive operational excellence.
