Job summary

State Street seeks a senior Data Quality & Compliance Oversight professional to report to the SSBI Chief Data Officer. The role ensures data quality aligns with BCBS239 and oversees the execution of the RDAR framework across SSBI units and corporate functions.

Responsibilities include driving risk excellence, refining DQ standards, managing DQ issues, implementing DQ and Compliance KPIs, and coordinating with IT, Risk and Finance to maintain compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Deep BCBS239 experience and understanding.
• Hands-on experience with data governance and data quality tools.
• Strong inter-personal and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, Finance).
• 10+ years in financial industry with data governance focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the RDAR Framework and oversee its execution and compliance.
• Drive risk excellence across technology and the organization by ensuring robust DQ management and enhancing data collection processes.
• Own and refine DQ Standards, Principles, Requirements and Guidelines.
• Own, operate and measure DQ Issue Management process.
